Skills
Scripting and programming: Strong scientific scripting and data analysis and visualization with Matlab, Python (Networkx, Scipy, Numpy, Matplotlib and Deeplabcut), as well as experience writing and interfacing with C/C++ for performance.
Linux environment: Version control with Git, academic typesetting with LaTeX, daily work and problem solving in high performance computer clusters with bash and ssh, molecular dynamics simulation and visualization with NAMD and VMD.
Automation: Efficient automation of multimodal data acquisition pipelines in the context of experimental electrophysiology, using Arduino boards, C/C++ programming and Matlab/Python for synchronization.
Interdisciplinary background: Solid foundation in Physics, Mathematics and Structural Biology. Experience applying mathematical models to investigate physicochemical phenomena in proteins. Ability to communicate and collaborate with researchers of diverse academic backgrounds.

Research Supervision Course at the Faculty of Medicine, Lund University, 2023
4 day online course aimed at defining the doctoral supervisor’s role and responsibilities and developing greater confidence in the tasks of supervision. Upon completion of this course, I became eligible to be official co-supervisor of Ph.D. students at the Faculty of Medicine, Lund University.
Neuromatch Academy 2020 - Interactive Track, 2020
3 week online summer school for Computational Neuroscience covering a broad range of topics such as Model Fitting, Dimensionality Reduction, Bayesian Statistics, Linear Systems, Optimal Control, Reinforcement Learning, Neuron models, Network Causality and Deep Learning.
